Taking a moment out of this manic week by appreciating one of the sweetest girls I know and her Chocolate Strawberry Cake!

of has been baking some fantastic cakes since over two year now - she is the legit Mawa cake girl. And everything I’ve tried from her repertoire has always been top notch!

So when she posted her winter menu, I immediately ordered her chocolate strawberry cake for a Christmas trip with friends, and not only was I not disappointed, I declare this the best chocolate cake ever - hands down!

I know that I’ll keep wanting this every time I crave a good chocolate cake. It has all the right things: the perfect amount of sugar, it is chocolatey as ever, the strawberry makes sure it stands out but doesn’t steal the limelight from the chocolate. It is fudgy AF and is bloody delicious if you eat it warm, cold or at room temperature.

I mean what’s not to love?

I think she has this on her menu for a bit - at least till strawberries last this season. So if you love all of the above, go ahead and order.

FYI I order four cakes for our huge group and they were all consistent!
