BOX OF JOY CAKE-

Back in 2014, just a few months after starting my bakery, a client walked in with a simple idea — a cake with Gems and KitKat.

I made it with all my heart, unaware that this small creation would become something so special.

What started as just another cake soon turned into a feeling… a memory. It became so loved that it deserved a name.

I went back to the client and asked her to name it. She smiled and said, “Box of Joy.”

She told me how her little child couldn’t stop smiling, couldn’t stop talking about the cake even days after the birthday.

That moment stayed with me. So did the name.
15 years later, I still carry the memory of every single Box of Joy cake that has left my kitchen…
because each one wasn’t just a cake — it was someone’s happiness, packed with love.

WHY DO ONLY KIDS HAVE ALL THE FUN - When we were scheduling the kids' workshop, there were a lot of adults who wanted to learn some desserts
As i came to know about this, i was super excited, and with no second thought, I started working on the menu.
Keeping in mind, i had just 3 to 4 hours for this session, and all i wanted students to learn different elements and flavor
So i decided to make 2 desserts with 3 to 4 elements each would be a good learning experience.

Out of the 2 desserts, one was the dessert, which gave me the title of "Dessert King of Master Chef India 2".

ITALIAN LAYERED DESSERT- (Wining recipe)
Dark chocolate cremeux with stew of fresh pineapple flavored with basil and hazelnut praline.

DECONSTRUCTED CHESSE CAKE
Lemon cheese cremeux with almond and burnt butter crumble finished with fresh blueberries compote.

I would love to collaborate with educational institutions to conduct such workshops for teachers and staff and alumni of the institution.
