Rustic Bread Sticks

Preparation time - 30 minutes

Ingredients :
All purpose flour - 100 gm
Roasted Carom Seeds Powder (For Flavor) - 1 tsp
White Sesame Seeds (For Extra Crunch - Optional) - 1 tsp
Ghee/ Butter (Optional) - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 5 gms
Yeast - 5 gms
Salt - 5 gms

Note : You can also use apple crumbs or pineapple crumbs for fruit flavor. flavor can be customized.

Method :
1) Soak Yeast with sugar for 15 Minutes.
2) Strain the flour and add salt, roasted carom seed powder, ghee/butte and mix well.
3) make a pit and add yeast and knead the dough.
4) Gradually add water and Knead the dough well. The Dough consistency should be chewing gum like (It should be soft and should be elastic)
5) Keep the dough for at least 10 minutes to rest. Cover the dough with wet muslin cloth or plastic cover.
6) After about 10 minutes rollout the dough and give your desired shape.
7) If you are baking in OTG then preheat the OTG for 10 Minutes at 180 degrees.
8) If you are frying the Bread Sticks then fry it on a slow flame until it is golden brown.
