e) How to make coloured ganache and drips
f) Mirror effect on ganache cakes
g)Constructing layered cakes ( Slicing, socking, layering, filling, coating, finishing & decorating)
h) Usage of new flavours instead of same old Pineapple and Black Forest
i) Varieties of chocolate garnishes like chocolate collar, curls etc.
j) How to use Transfer sheet on chocolate
k) Loads of piping techniques.
l) How to use Nugel gel for cake decoration
m) How to bake in pressure cooker and in oven
n) Slicing cake without using knife
o) Icing variations like Water Color effect and Ombre effect
p) Basics of baking with loads of useful tips
* This will be a fully hands on group activity session.
* No prior knowledge of baking is required.
* One can start taking orders after just one session
