How to make nankhatai---

Butter -- 50 gm/1 tea cup.
Sugar --50 gm/ 1 tea cup.
Suji -- 50 gm/ 1 tea cup.
Besan-- 50 gm/ 1 tea cup.
Maida -- 50 gm/ 1 tea cup.
According to your taste cardamom powder.
Bake your nankhatai for 25 to 30 minutes.

Sugar-- 45 gm
Coco powder-- 20 gm
Baking powder-- 1/4 tsp
Salt-- 1/2 pinch
Dark compound -- 100 gm
Butter-- 40 gm
Condensed milk-- 90 gm
Milk-- 30 ml
Vanilla essence -- 1/2 tsp
Makes -- 9-12 brownies
