Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder

cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Green chilli - 1
Garlic cloves - 5,6
Ginger - 1 inch

Preparing palak vadi
Chopped and washed palak ( spinach)
Sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp
Hing
Red chilli powder to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/3 tsp
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Ready paste
Tast to Salt
Besan - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 1/3 cup
