Chicken Masala Roast Recipe I Naadan Chicken Roast Recipe
Ingredients for Chicken Masala Roast:
Part 1
: Chicken ( Curry cut) - 1 kg
: Onion (Slice) - 3 Medium
: Green Chili - 4 Nos
: Garlic - 10 pods
: Ginger - 1 inch piece
: Coriander Leaves - A little for garnish
Part 2
: Chilli Powder - 1 Table Spoon
: Coriander Powder - 3/4 Table Spoon
: Chicken Masala (As Per your Choice) - 1 Table Spoon
: Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 Table Spoon
: Garam Masala - 1/2 Table Spoon
: Turmeric Powder - 3/4 Tea Spoon*
: Oil - 4 table spoon
: Water - 1/2 cup
: Salt - To taste
Preparation:
: Slice onions and chop green chilies as per your style
: Chop coriander leaves for garnish and crush ginger & garlic to blend well
Process:
: Heat pan/kadai and roast all the (Part 2) masalas together till a good flavor or aroma comes out, and keep it for cooling in a separate bowl.
: Heat oil in a pan /kadai, add crushed ginger, garlic, coped green chilies to it and saute till it become golden color.
: Add sliced onions to it and fry in medium heat till it become translucent.
: Once it is ready add chicken and stir it gently till it get fried.
: Now add 1/2 cup water to it mix well and add salt to taste.
: Once the chicken is half cooked add roasted masalas and mix well till the masala cots the chicken.
: Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes ( Till the chicken cooks well)
: Once the chicken cooked properly and masalas started getting thick stir properly and off the gas.
: Once done, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve to a plate.
