Carrot Cake
Sugar – 565 gms
Vegt. Oil – 500 gms
Eggs – 300 gms
Vanilla – 10 gms
Flour – 500 gms
B. Pdr – 10 gms
Salt – 12.5 gms
Cinnamon Pdr – 5 gms
Soda – 2.5 gms
Carrot – 500 gms
Nuts – 200 gms
Blend together sugar and oil and egg till sugar dissolved. Sift together flour, B. Pdr., soda, salt and cinnamon. Blend together with ingredients till smooth. Fold in shredded carrots and chopped nuts. Bake at 1800C 3600F For 50 min.
