This bakery,
it’s made with small pieces of love, put together slowly
almost like a warm hug.

I still remember how nervous I was in the beginning
questioning everything, doubting if it would even work.

But somehow, it all started falling into place.

Over these three years, I’ve seen Mokubakes grow so quietly
so gently one step at a time.

And maybe that’s why it feels so special.

It’s not just a workspace
it’s a little corner where stories are still building,
where small moments of joy keep finding their way in.

And those mornings, when some of you come in just for a cinnamon bun,
those are the moments that make this what it is 🤍

From an old Kathkuni house built in 1962
to slowly, gently turning it into something that feels like us.

This journey has been my favourite part
scraping, building, collecting, fixing
just doing everything with so much love and patience.

There have been so many helping hands along the way
and I don’t think this would’ve been possible without them.

I’m still adding my little touches,
still letting it grow into what it’s meant to be.

And that’s the most beautiful part of it 🌿

This little window,
it was never just a window.

It held so many memories, so many firsts,
so much learning, so many quiet moments.

Taking it down felt really heavy
like letting go of a small part of everything we built here.

But I think that’s the thing about growing,
you have to let go, to make space for something new.

And I’m holding on to all the love it gave us,
while slowly getting ready for what’s next 🤍
