For little Pratyasha—just one, but already a pocketful of personality and wonder!
This cake is a leafy-splashy little love letter, inspired by all her favourite little quirks..her endless delight in splishy-splashy bath times, her love for all things green and her leafy little soul that seems to whisper secrets to every plant she sees..a celebration of one whole year of giggles, greenery, and ever growing magic.. ✨
One of my absolute favourite details? The little wooden tub—crafted entirely out of chocolate and filled with even more cake (and of course, swirls of buttercream)! It’s a sweet, splashy nod to our tiny munchkin’s inborn love for water and the pure joy she finds in every bubbly bath.

Like all my other cakes, there's zero fondant on the cake !
PS - This 8" buttercream beauty weighed in at a whopping 14 pounds, and I can’t thank enough for providing these super sturdy, thick bases that held up this sweet daydream of a cake! And of course, for bringing every little piece of my vision to life, from custom toppers to every tag.. 🤍!

"So many books, so little time..!"
This cake came at a time when I needed it the most. For the longest time, I had been longing to make a cake that would consume me, that would make me crazy but at the same time would make me jump and hop and skip about like a kid..a cake that would give me a happy high..and this cake did just that and so much more..!!!
I have been baking for for the past 3 years now..and every year it has been one hell of a rewarding journey. So this year, when her husband shared her bookshelf and asked if Incoukd make that into a cake..it's safe to say I lost it..!! I could go on for pages about why I was so inspired to take this project up for her..but that's a story for another time..for now, I am just going to say I owed her a big ass thank you..!!
📚 Every book you see on the shelf,is made and cut individually..out of chocolate..and then handpainted to add the details. I made 125 books, and ended up using about 93 of them.
(you gotta have extra..duh..!)
📚 The shelf is DIY-ed out of acrylic sheets.. measured to the T to sit flush on the cake. The calculations drove me absolutely nuts..not to mention the actual nerve wrecking DIY process. (They are delicate thin sheets..not ikea shelves .. ok ?🥺)
📚 And let's not forget it's a square/rectangle cake. They are known to be a menance in the cake decorating world for a reason..okay ? They take ages to finish and come with a whole lotta drama..!!
And my biggest, heartfelt thanks to the for acing every bit of accent that I requested her to make, starting from the oh so perfectly cut pieces for the shelves..to the cutest ever miniature sign and the lovely topper..not to mention the brand charms and last minute supply of square cake boards..!!

"You are one in a buzzzzzillion.." 🐝💛
Size : 5"
This pretty bright beauty in yellow was created for little Aryaa's first birthday. Her lovely parents didn't want her first birthday cake to be anything short of vibrant and I obviously said "So 🐝 it.." to that..!!
As per my policy.. there's zero fondant on the cake..the bees, the flowers, the sun, the "1" are all made of chocolate with the teensy details on the bees being painstakingly hand painted.

"Chai bina chain kahan re..!!" 🫖☕
Size : 4" Bitsy
The client really wanted the decor of the cake to play with the birthday boy's love for tea. So once I confirmed that the love was predominantly for kulhad chai and not black tea, I decided to not be very subtle and go with an all edible chocolate kulhaad ("bhaanr" as we call it in Bengali) for the cake along with the caption that reflected the enthusiasm and love we all feel for this magic concoction..!

Cake Story :- 💫
This cake was ordered by my friend for her gym trainer, who I know for a fact has helped my friend immensely (immensely is an understatement to be honest) with certain physical challenges she had been battling when a good many other professionals absolutely had given up hope. Thanks to him, she is now fit as a fiddle ..playing with her doggos, creating lovely pieces of art, taking trips and enjoying all that life has to offer .. 🧡
The fact that I knew her journey just made this cake all the more special..coz someone who gives you your life back.. deserves every ounce of blessings..and deliciousness that the world has to offer..!
My friend wanted something in shades of black and grey, with a caricature of her trainer flexing his muscles..along with a few of his favourite gym equipments and his favourite dialogues and last but not the least ..his signature fist bump with which he greets his students..🤜🏻🤛🏻!
So this is what I made for her..!
🍫 As per my no fondant policy, all the gym equipments are made from scratch out of chocolate.
🫰🏻All thanks to for making the first bump possible with their perfect bespoke topper !

"Hugs and cuddles are on the way..baby bear is here to stay..!"
Size : 7"
The goal was to create a white, gender neutral baby shower cake. So I went with a knitted pattern, done in buttercream (obviously) to bring in all the warm and fuzzy feels..with a cute baby stroller ..hand painted balloons.. baby shoes along with other teensy details and obviously with some "beary" cute bears to tie in the fact that the lovely mom to be can "bearly" wait for her tiny bundle of joy to arrive..!!
As per my policy, there's zero fondant on the cake. All the details are edible and made using chocolate, buttercream and a teensy bit of edible print..all except for the balls which are faux..!! (coz actual chocolate balls are a pain to keep in position during transit)

Not to brag..but little Advait has some pretty wild friends..!!🦁🐘🐯🦓🦒✨
My client and I initially started out with a vision of a safari cake for her son's Rice Ceremony...but in a happy turn of events...the safari wound up being a crazy jungle playground where all of Advait's wild furry friends landed up and had a blast celebrating, as little Advait relished his first gulp of solid food..!!
This wild playground was created keeping the client's requirement in mind where she wanted something pastel but bright, colourful but not gaudy..and something with no fondant.
(Yepp... absolutely ZERO FONDANT on the cake..!!)💫

And this post wouldn't be complete if I did not declare my heartfelt gratitude and a whole lotta love for , for helping me bring my crazy visions to life by creating my custom toppers, stencils, and prints with nothing but sheer perfection every single time.. 🥹❤️

What are Indian weddings without a whole lotta red and a whole lotta glam..??!! ✨
This cake went out for the mehendi ceremony of a beautiful Bengali bride..and the idea was to match the cake with her gorgeous red and gold wedding benarasi..while keeping some elements of Bengali weddings such as the "paan pata" (betel leaf) and the "shankha pola" (red & white bangles)..
And of course any Indian wedding is downright incomplete without an insane amount of "mishti, sondesh, laddu and mithai"..so I had to ensure that these sweet treats find ample representation on the cake..in the form of their miniature chocolate variants..all hand made, from scratch..(zero fondant peeps..absolute zero..!!) and they all found their "sweet" place on a chocolate platter and in a chocolate bowl on the cake..!!
This was a July wedding and I was extremely paranoid about having an edible chocolate mehendi backdrop for the bride, lest the heat and humidity got to it and everything melted into a pool..so..I put on my crafting hat, got a custom frame made (all thanks to ) and built an inedible backdrop with actual fresh yellow daisies..!!
