Quarantine for almost a month can test your patience (and sanity), which is why I decided to keep myself occupied in many ways. I tried out a new recipe for chocolate strawberry cake, made using genoise sponge. A touch of alcohol would’ve made it even better, but now is not the time to complain, I used what I had! I even went back to an old recipe for caramelised onion dip, an easy yet rich snack, which can be made using ingredients in your everyday pantry.
Since I am not taking orders during this situation, I’m trying out new stuff. I’m even stepping out of my comfort zone and experimenting with savoury. I’ll keep posting the stuff I make everyday, let me know if you’d like me to share the recipes.
