Today's story is truly inspiring and I feel so fortunate to be a part of it. Thank you so much Sharonya Ganguly for inviting me and choosing me to be part of this incredible day. Today's memory will be a lifelong treasure and will definitely inspire others to do the same. I am so proud of you.
May 13th is Aunty's birthday, but she is sadly no more. Nevertheless, Sharonya strives to keep the day special by launching an inspiring initiative. In Behala, at the "Voice of World" school, which is a home for the children with special needs.
So every year, she organizes an annual lunch program for the children and their caregivers. This event includes cake cutting and gift presentation.
This year she contacted me yesterday to place an order for a mango cake (Aunty's favorite flavour) and also invited us to be part of the celebration. We attended the event, had a wonderful time with the members, served food and shared lunch with the children, and left with hearts filled with love and happiness.

This cake blends Butterscotch and Rasmalai flavours together and gives a very unique taste punch.
So this cake has the buttery nuttiness of the Butterscotch along with the sweetness of Bengal's own Rasmalai.
