Born and brought up in Calcutta Dipasree Ganguly was a sports enthusiast and represented Bengal in the National level in many a sport. Banker by profession and baker by passion she chose to leave her Deputy General Manager’s Post with the largest bank in the UK and decided to pursue her passion, baking. Soon a small, word of mouth cupcake catering business was born and quickly became so popular th

at demand for her cupcakes exceeded her ability to fill the orders and she decided to open her own little home bakery, Calcutta Cupcakes. Dipasree is a vivacious human and puts her heart and soul in her baking. She believes in healthy and organic food and since there were very few options for organic and healthy desserts in Calcutta she committed herself to baking healthy cupcakes and desserts for the people in the city of Joy. She hopes her customers will enjoy her treats as much as she does while baking them! Calcutta Cupcakes USP is their, well, cupcakes! And you will find a range of delicious and cute cupcakes to choose from! However, apart from being absolutely delicious the cupcakes are healthy as well. Dipasree makes sure that customers get the option to select the products cooked with brown sugar, gluten free flour or safe natural colors ,natural flavors and allergy free ingredients.
