Thought of sharing a bit emotional post about me and my baking journey.
2 years back or more a person gave order a caramel butterscotch cake for her wife.
After 2 years I got a call on January 2021 from the lady,said Am a working woman but side-by-side,I want to learn and start my baking career.So my husband told me,"jodi sikhtei hoy tahole oi cake didir theke sekho,oi cake er taste ekhono mukhe lege ache".After heard all those word,I was really emotional and soooo happy.What could be the good review more than that!!!Decided the workshop Will be on March.So we did.I must not say that I taught her, better to say,I have shared my knowledge whatever I have learnt from my respected teachers and mentor.
Nowadays,I have to take very very less orders as our house is under construction and getting delayed due to Corona so, we shifted to a rented house and all I have to manage single handedly.Sometimes got frustrated, feeling very low for the present situation.But end of the story is if you love your work,if you are dedicated to your work,your time definitely will come,may be it will take little longer.
