Eggless butter cake:

All purpose flour - 100 Gm
Baking Soda - 1/4Tsp
Baking powder - 1/2Tsp
Unsalted butter - 50 G
Powder Sugar - 100Gm
Vanilla Essence - 1/2Tsp
Milk 70 MI
Curd 45 Gms

•Preheat your oven for 10 min at 150 degree.
1.In a pan, pour milk and add Butter. Melt the mix and set it aside.
2.In other bowl, add curd and sugar. Whisk until sugar dissolves completely then pour Vanilla.
3.In same bowl, sieve all dry ingredients. Then pour Butter & Milk mix.
4.Combine the ingredients until lump free.
5. Pour the batter in the mould and bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 150 degrees.
6. Cut & enjoy…❤️

Hot Milk Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 egg
50g cup sugar (1/4 cup)
64g cup flour (1/2 cup)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Method:
1. Beat eggs and sugar until light.
Then add oil.
2. Sieve and mix in flour and baking powder.
3. Heat milk with butter & vanilla essence until hot.
4. Gently mix hot milk into batter.
5. Pour into greased tin and bake at 150°C for 25-30 minutes.
6. Cut & Enjoy❣️

Fruit Cake Recipe 👇🏻
180 gm Butter / बटर
180 gm Sugar / चीनी
1 tsp Vanilla essence / वनीला एसेंस
180 gm Flour / मैदा
4 Eggs / अंडा
Dry fruits as your choice
I use cashew, raisins, walnuts, almonds, morobba, pista, tutti frutti .

Process
In a mixing bowl, add butter, sugar, and mix well till the butter change the colour.
Add vanilla essence, add egg & flour and mix well.
Add all the dry fruits mix well by cut and fold method.
Pour the batter into the paper mould and bake it at 165 to 170 for 40 minutes.
Let cool a bit. Cut and serve.
