Wonderful and Beautiful wife askes me with love "Aditi di, my husband is always busy with work , laptop is his best friend. In his birthday I want a cake so tempting that he pushes away his laptop to absolutely sinfully indulge in relishing the cake. Knowing his love for cake, only a good cake can take his laptop away even if for a moment "
I decided to make a cake that fully represents his taste and partially represents him🤣
This Chocolate Raspberry flavoured truffle cake is sprinkled with goodness like home made Choco cookie crumbles, Oreo cookies all heaven for a chocolate lover...

Mr. Hubby is out of town for work😪 Sunday is normally the family indulgence day with sumptuous lunch of Mutton/chicken and rice followed by elaborate snacks for the evening tea and a somewhat humble dinner of "Maacher jhol" (fish curry)……

With HIM out of town the first thought I had in the morning was this weekend I am gonna stick to my diet plans 🏋️‍♀️(finally)without any temptations.

NA, not gonna happen...🙄

HIM : "I just ordered Birayani and we (he is meeting his friends)are meeting for a drink!"
Through out the day he is sending me pics of food and drinks😂😂
ME: He shouldn't have all the fun... NO.. I decided to bake his favorite Brownies and send him Pics.
EQUALLED Right???🤣🤣🤣😆

Only Money? No, Certainly NOT my friends.
The hope, the passion with which customers come to me.

Squeezing my mind to find a soft, feminine yet elegant design- to baking it , to make some one feel like Princess with every bite is where my true inspiration comes from.
Trust me I wait for feedback patiently after every delivery even if I am making multiple delivery a day.

Devouring the very last of mangoes available...
Tring Tring: "Hello, Honey I will be home early. "
ME: "Okay. Lets go out for a coffee"
Husband: "But I was thinking of buying Mangoes!"
ME: What????🤔🤔"Dont get you. I just said coffee, what has mango got to do with that??🙄"
Husband: "Actually I think I must learn to bake, so that I can surprise you sometime!"
ME: ooooo GOT it. on his mind?
Learning to bake is only an excuse to escape his wife's wrath.😝😜
Okay the Drama impressed me and hence these with chai☕ for Friday evening.

Customer: My sister's Bday. Can you please bake a cake that tastes great and looks bright and cool.
ME: Tasty I can understand! Bright and cool🤨🤔??

Okay I finally come up with the idea of baking .
From Brother to Sister, sibling love is leg pulling, annoying each other and staying side by side all life.

The me wanted to try out a new design in my Barbie's dress. The hot humid weather outside was making it difficult for me to design the flowers as the materials kept half melting. But I was finally successful in giving my Barbie a new dress with flowers. Baker's Delight!
