with a very soft thin layer of Vanilla Sponge adorned with few random drops of Orange Coulis & Chantilly Cream for a beautiful Mother from her Daughter who trusted and gave the responsibility to us to make the moment special for her beloved mother.

So today's project was "Ganache Marbleizing" 😁😁😁 check this out guys!!! . Isn't it drooling??? Buttermilk makes cake so muchhhhh better and extra moist.

for a little girl who wanted to celebrate her Christmas with this cake. I was so overwhelmed when her mother was saying it to me as how she described about the cake ..." there should be small small red and green tutti fruity in my cake and the WHITE cream should not cover my cake" awww so sweet of her.
