Lately I have been so busy that I couldn’t click and post my creations but this has to be captured as it is my 50th Order- Almond Orange Tea Cake.

Mango Season is here and i just can’t get over it. Born in Kolkata, Sandesh and Mango have been a huge part of my life. And growing up, I have had many kinds of sandesh. This happens to be one of my favorite- Mango Sandesh Cake.
Drooling🤤 over it. Can’t get enough of it. Love this recipe way more❤️

Celebrating 1k followers on my Insta page with this delicious and satisfying Mango Peda!

A lot of you has asked for the recipe so here it goes:
Take a pan add 2 tbsp Ghee. Let it heat then add 1/4 cup milk and 1 tsp saffron and sauté till saffron leave its colour. Then add 1 cup mango puree and keep mixing it for few mins. Then add 1/4 cup cashew powder, 1 cup milk powder and 1 tsp cardamon powder and keep mixing it for 10-15 mins till everything folds together and can be binded. Let it cool for 10mins then give it any shape you like. Enjoy it!
