We need to have a pleasure to introduce Chef Sagar, founder of Pastillarium, experienced in various fusion areas complimented with ability and creativity in pastry, chocolate and frozen dessert. Graduating in Hotel Management, he started his career with Taj Groups of Hotel. Soon after, he moved to USA to join Carnival Cruise Line as a Pastr

y Chef. Later, he moved to London to join Michelin starred Restaurant 'Hakkasan', to shine-up his knowledge in Modern European Cuisine. Also, he was selected in Gordan Ramsay's May Fair Restaurant 'Maze Grill'. He has also worked with another Michelin starred Restaurant ' Benaras'. Chef Sagar has 'Advanced Training in Molecular Gastronomy' from UK.
