Graduating in Hotel Management, he started his career with Taj Groups of Hotel. Soon after, he moved to USA to join Carnival Cruise Line as a Pastr

y Chef. Later, he moved to London to join Michelin starred Restaurant 'Hakkasan', to shine-up his knowledge in Modern European Cuisine. Also, he was selected in Gordan Ramsay's May Fair Restaurant 'Maze Grill'. He has also worked with another Michelin starred Restaurant ' Benaras'. Chef Sagar has 'Advanced Training in Molecular Gastronomy' from UK.
