ITS MY BIRTHDAY
And luckily it collided with World baking day too..
Its not even a year since i started this page and the response has been overwhelming. I only started this page to share my baking journey with you people, but the way everyone showed their love, it wasn't even a month and i started getting orders. This was never meant to be a business page. I just baked cakes for the love of baking. But the kind of love and affection i got here is beyond my imagination.
I'm sorry I'm not taking orders.
I feel really guilty when i have to turn down customers.
I just want to say thank you.
Thank you for being with me.
Thank you for supporting me.
Thank you for trusting me with your important events .
You might not know but you are a big part of life and it makes a huge difference to me.

If you have tasted my cake ever, i would really like to know what you like most about them? The taste? The texture? Or may be the design? Or even if you dislike anything feel free to comment. I openly welcome constructive criticism.

Not getting over strawberries 🍓 anytime soon. Unless ofcourse mangoes 🥭 arrive 😝.
Truth be told, i love all fruits and berries.. can eat them all day long.
If you you had to choose just one fruit for an entire year what would your choice be ?

Strawberry cake again.
The design is simmilar to the previous one, but this time i tried giving it a rustic edge. I like it better this way.
I kept the whipped cream delicate and design minimal,
as i try to do most of the time.

I love this combination of fresh strawberries on cake.
In fact i love all kinds of fresh fruit cakes. Its like a treat to the taste buds!

Unfortunately the cake was not delivered properly and one of the layer slid of before reaching the destination. I understand there were faults on my part too. I'm still learning. Thank you ._priyanka_ and for being the friend we all deserve. You have been really supportive and i can never thank you enough for it.

Are you into baking? How much time do you take for baking a cake from the beginning to the finishing the product and then cleaning the mess?

I remember when i first started baking cakes it took me almost 4 to 5 hrs to get a cake ready, sometimes more! Starting from arranging the ingredients to measuring them , baking the cake, and finally decorating them.
But the most tiring of them all was cleaning the mess. I hated that part!
As I'm making more and more cakes i make comparatively less mess. The time taken for the preparation and decoration of the cake has also reduced considerably! I'm not at my best i know, but I'm surely better than i was yesterday.
