How do we make a cocktail that’s the Bee’s Knees? This Prohibition-era drink is an excellent pick for Monsoon parties. In essence this is a Gin Sour with honey instead of sugar for a darker, richer drink.

Add Gin, Lemon Juice and Honey to taste into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. (If you like it spicy, Hot Honey is an excellent substitution.) Simply strain into a cocktail glass and serve up over ice. Garnish with a lime twist, or some thyme.

We pair this refreshing cocktail with our Salted Caramel Tart, that brings out the honeyed sweetness of the drink and is the perfect canvas for its complex botanical flavours.

• Salted Caramel Praline Cake • One of the earliest desserts on our menu, this is sheer decadence on your plate.

Yes, the chocolate cake is intensely flavourful, topped with a deep, rich chocolat ganache.

When you take the first bite, you realise it compliments our house-made caramel, perfectly buttery and balanced, that features in a number of our beloved desserts. We make our own Praline too, which adds just the right contrast of texture to this velvety soft dessert.

Pistachio and chocolate are the decadent flavour pairing of the moment, we found it everywhere we set our eyes.
