From the hand-cut leaves to 5mm leaves on the message piece... I might hate working with fondant, but baby cakes deserve the fondant cuteness!
Size - 6 inch round, 8.5 inch tall sitting at the 3kg mark 'cause I love loading my cakes.
I mean, cakes can be pretty but you need the reason to cut it to be equally delicious, am I right!

I keep seeing Instagram content 'educators' asking us to add lengthy captions to reels but I always find myself stuck.

To be honest, these reels are a lottttttt of works! Especially for a person who hates following the trends. No, I'm not gonna clap and "magically" have a finished cake! 😒

Reels take wayyyy too long to edit and choosing a track is even harder sometimes! And by the end of it, thinking of a long caption?? 😫

Anyway, enjoy this 18 second reel that was edited down from almost an hour of footage! 🥲

I'm putting up a less than perfect cake up on my feed but that's the truth behind the scenes whenever I make a cake for myself.

I had multiple designs in mind but something or the other didn't work out.

In the end, I just picked up my set of palette knifes and winged it.

Message-piping on cake is an incredibly difficult task. Oh the nerves...!!!
I scraped off the piping thrice but then I came to terms with the fact that it's not gonna get any better.

Here it is. This one is a metaphor for making mistakes and learning.
