Throwing it back to the ever popular dalgona coffee.. it's not the best kinda coffee but I just loved playing with the swirls on top of the foam
If you've been living under a rock during this lockdown (or the one prior to this) and wondering
"What is this beautiful thing and how do I make it? " Well I'm here for you😉
Just a few ingredients and a whip💪🏻
1. Ice cold milk underneath
2. On top, just whip 2 tbsp of boiling water with 2 tbsp of sugar and 2 tbsp of instant coffee

And ta-daaahhh✨✨✨
If you're trying to whip it by hand , it's a lot of hardwork but it'll work it's magic just that it'll leave your hands a little sore(maybe a lil too much 😂)

Here I used Belgium chocolate filling (you scream I scream we all scream for chocolate 😂- especially my kids)

Highly enriched pastry whose high egg and butter content gives it a rich and tender crumb
Making this was a very longgg process indeed. I had to keep this in fridge for 12-14 hrs for bulk fermentation
But it was totally worth it😍

2 - Sweet braided bread BABKA bread(you can use different filling I used chocolate here - because my son just loves chocolate)
You might be wondering what they are trust me I didn't know too
I just researched through my passion and found all these different varieties , there are thousands of more for me to discover too
