The cake is 2 kg Chocolate Truffle with ombré effect consisting of three kinds of chocolate Ganache....Milk compound chocolate, White Compound chocolate and Dark compound Chocolate...with roses and stencil painting😊

Another feather on my cap🎓☺️😊....successfully completed a coustomized theme cake👍....JUDWAA 2 with a tinge of BOLLYWOOD EFFECT😎....

B'day boy wanted JUDWAA 2 theme 🤷‍♂️and his Mom wanted a slight colour of Bollywood🤷‍♀️

I clubbed there imaginations😍....

Everything is edible😋😋😋.....Death by chocolate cake 🎂.....Clapperboard and Reel made up off homemade chocolate Modelling🍫....Black and white reel and Judwaa 2 poster made with edible sugar sheet....B'day Boy name written with home made Fondant and coloured with edible colours😊....Feeling Proud 💁

BIRTHDAY PART 2-for school friends😀....

So this time Challenge by my Son to make an AIRPORT THEME CAKE🛫✈️.....he wanted to have a Runway🛫....An Aeroplane Parking...Aeroplane landing and Parked🛫🛬......Airport Terminal....Air control Tower...stones and greenery and then His Airport protected by fences🙄...hufff!!!!😰...

Tried my best to cover all his imaginations😀.....

Everything is edible😌😋....chocolate Truffle cake 🎂.....Runway and Aeroplane Parking with edible sugar sheet🛫....Aeroplane topper made with cake crumb and covered with homemade fondant✈️....with Edible chocolate stones🍫😊

He is a diehard Football and Chocolate Fan....So Baked this FOOTBALL THEME CAKE for my Son's Birthday 🎉😊....A gift from a Mother to Son😘😘

Cake Base is Chocolate and coffee....Football base is Chocolate Truffle covered with home made Fondant....Football logo made with edible sugar Sheet and Football Grass with white chocolate Ganache😊

Learn from the very basic step of eggless Baking perfectly light, fluffy and Soft cakes and cupcakes in OTG and Cooker....

Yesterday Dinner was Pav Bhaji....Baked whole wheat LADDI PAV in Idly Stand and then kept in oven for just 5 min for that beautiful Red crust😀
