recipe:suji sandwich 🥪 ........................................
ingredients
suji
salt
red chilli powder
for fillings :
potato
coriander
mint
tomato
onions
green chilli.........................................
method:Take some oil in a saucepan turn the flame on add some mustard seeds in a pan then saute chopped onions till it become golden brown then add tomatoes ,green chillis ,coriander leaves saute it nicely add some spices into it turmeric powder ,salt ,coriander powder finally add crushed potatoes into it mix it well. now your sandwiche masala is ready.
now take a pan grease it well spread the suji mixture nicely put some masala into it and again cover it with suji mixture , turn the sandwiche after sometime to prevent it from burning and bake it nicely till it become crispy .............................................
