Getting back to baking after a long break…and what better way to start than to bake for someone you adore!!
Created this for my little niece’s mermaid theme birthday!!
Inside is a dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and butterscotch chips for crunch…frosted in whipped cream and decorated with handmade fondant creations!
Oh what fun it was!
And here’s wishing the most beautiful year ahead to the most magical little girl 😍😍😍
