Our Fundamentals of Bread Baking workshop just wrapped up successfully, and what an incredible batch it was! From soft, pillowy Hokkaido milk loaves to hearty 100% whole wheat breads , every recipe was made by our students, with techniques, fermentation, and dough handling explained in complete detail.

Watching everyone bake with confidence by the end of Day 2 = the real win 💛
