My Story
Welcome to my kitchen! I’m so happy you’re here. Grab a cookie, take a seat, and let me introduce myself.
I’m Jensy. I like to take pictures, write, and bake. Scratch that, I’m addicted to baking. The kitchen is where my creative juices flow and Jensys Bake is where I can share it with all of you. Often with mega amounts of sprinkles and even more exclamation points.
About me? Well I’m a self-taught, mom-taught baker. I live in Moothakunnam with my husband, Anil and our two sons Adhithya and Adhil. My favorite dessert is carrot cake, and watching Friends reruns keeps me laughing. I also type run-on sentences, read cookbooks as if they were novels, and enjoy staying in my own designed Dress as long as possible.
