In income tax When error shows “Invalid Digital Signature Certificate. The trusted Parent Certificate could not be verified.”

User facing issue (Invalid Signature) with e-filing on Income tax website so, please just follow the step :

1.close the all running application and its instances
2.delete temp file from system >window+R >%temp% >enter>delete all the file and all other Temp file
3.open Another browser >Delete cache cookies & cache of all time
3.reopen the browser
4.download new utility tool from e-signing website >open utility >create signature>upload signature file
5. Please create a folder name of fake path and upload signature file from fake path folder
6. use in internet explorer

Thank you for your continued support. As you are aware we have already launched our "PAN KYC" based Paperless DSC process.

Simple Steps to be followed. No Paper involved:
Upload scanned copy of PAN Card, Address proof and Passport size photograph.
Provide application details. Ensure the name given in application matches with PAN (in Income Tax Database)
Record video, where applicant should also show original PAN card and original address proof.
In a few minutes, eMudhra team will verify and process the DSC issuance!
In this new process, we will be able to issue a digital signature to the end user in a very short span of time. It will not require you to collect hard copies of documents which you have been doing so until now to get a DSC approved, thus saving you and your customer valuable time and money.

Since in the PAN based DSC issuance you need not collect and send any documents, We encourage your support in adopting this new process which is very simple, compared to paper based process.

Note:
This PAN KYC based process is in addition to existing "Offline Aadhaar KYC" based Paperless DSC process, which will continue in earlier manner.
This PAN KYC based process is only applicable to only Individual DSCs and does not apply to organizational certificates.

सरकार द्वारा जारी किये गए नए आर्डिनेंस जो की अनधिकृत डिपाजिट स्कीम के लिए लागू किया गया है, उसको लेकर बहुत सारी भ्रांतिया है। इस पहलू को समझना जरूरी है।

एडवांस फॉर सेल कभी भी अनधिकृत डिपाजिट नहीं गिना जाता है, यदि उस एडवांस 😊को एक वर्ष में सेल में कन्वर्ट कर किया जाय और उस एडवांस पर कोई भी ब्याज या प्रॉफिट या डिस्काउंट न दिया जाय।

लोन एक व्यक्ति दुसरे को अपनी स्वेच्छा से देता है इसलिए उसे कभी भी डिपाजिट नहीं माना जा सकता है। लोन के बदले ब्याज लेना और देना दोनों ही स्वाभाविक है। इसलिए इंडिविजुअल और पार्टनरशिप फर्म के द्वारा लिए गए लोन को डिपाजिट नहीं माना जा सकता है। प्राइवेट और पब्लिक लिमिटेड कंपनी , अपने सिर्फ कंपनी एक्ट 2013 के मुताबिक लोन ले और दे सकती है, इसलिए वह भी डिपाजिट के श्रेणी में नहीं आता है।

डिपाजिट का मतलब है कि किसी स्कीम के तहत और उस स्कीम को प्रचारित कर के कई सारे लोगो को प्रलोभन देकर पैसे इक्कट्ठा करना।

सरकार इस आर्डिनेंस द्वारा सिर्फ उस डिपाजिट पर लगाम और अंकुश लगाना चाहती है जो सरकार की किसी भी संस्था द्वारा मान्य नहीं है। और उसे ही अनधिकृत डिपाजिट माना गया है।

सरकार एडवांस फॉर सेल और लोन पर किसी भी तरह का अंकुश नहीं लगाना चाहती है।

अतः व्यपारीयों को इन तीनो में अंतर समझना जरूरी है और घबराने के कोई जरुरत नहीं है।
