Meet Ranjith Kumar Jha from Bhagalpur, Bihar. Ranjith is a Pastry Chef at Nue.

With over 15 years of experience in the arena, Ranjith enjoys developing guilt-free options for everyone with a sweet tooth like him. The casual fine dine and gourmet direction to food that we’ve adopted at Nue, is what intrigued him to join the team. It’s been 6 months since he’s a part of Team Nue, and is a vital pillar for nue/bakery.

His personal favourites include the Vegan Chocolate Cake and the Gluten-free Brownie.
