Homemade ghee(clarified butter) is not that difficult as one might think. Prepared it the most simplest way, from milk(milk cream)to butter and then finally, to ghee. This ensure maximum nutrient value is retained.
I am not using any whisker or mixer to get butter only with the help of spoon we can get butter in 2 minutes.
