🐾 Justice for Our Street Dogs 🐾
The Supreme Court’s recent order to relocate stray dogs in Delhi is not the solution — it’s a sentence to suffering.
Stray dogs are not intruders in our streets. The streets are their homes.
They live among us, not apart from us.
They survive on the little food and water shared by kind humans, and from what they find in their familiar areas.
🚫 Relocating them means cutting them off from survival.
🚫 It means hunger, thirst, and loneliness.
🚫 It means stripping them of the only life they know.
💡 The law is clear: Relocating stray dogs is illegal under animal welfare guidelines.
Instead of uprooting them, we must ensure humane care — feeding, vaccination, sterilization, and compassion.
The streets of Delhi belong to all its residents — two-legged and four-legged alike.
Let’s stand together to protect our voiceless friends. 🐕❤️
