Ever since I’ve graduated culinary school(s) or completed my internship. I haven’t made puff pastry sheets on my own. I’ve bought readymade puff pastry sheets to make my products that required pp. Since we’re headed towards expansion, i decided to make my own puff pastry to be able to give you the best quality of this product. It’s a different ballgame to make laminated pastries without a dough sheeter 🤣 I have new found respect for people who do this! THOSE LAYERS THO 😍. 👩‍🍳
