Mahak, while pursuing her engineering from DCE, started baking in 2006 as a hobby for her family and friends. Encouraged by one and all, in 2010, she left her job at The Smart Cube, Noida to start Bliss Bakery. She worked 16 hours a day in her home kitchen to sell delicious creations to neighbors and friends. In 2012, she took a sabbatical to pursue her dream course at the Le Cordon Bleu, London.

After returning from London, she worked under the able leadership of Chef Saby to get acquainted with the Indian market. In 2016, Bliss opened its first brick and mortar shop at the upscale M block market of GK1. Bliss Bakery's heavenly cakes, cookies, tarts and pastries owe their unique look and exceptional flavour to carefully sourced raw ingredients, Mahak's culinary artistry and a passionate team of people who love to testing, tasting and talking about food.
