Everyone’s chasing more protein.

Which is fair, because for years the deal was: you want the nutrition, you accept the brick. Brown, dense, vaguely punishing.

We didn’t fancy that trade. So, 58g of protein per loaf, all of it from grains and pulses. No isolate, no improver, nothing borrowed from the supplement aisle. And soft. Properly soft. The kind of slice a seven-year-old accepts without negotiation.

Handcrafted, freshly baked, no preservatives, no shortcuts. Same as everything else we make.
