All cream finish cake with fondant accents. This was a tough one as we had to do a thin strip of fondant right in the centre of the cake, running around the middle. Simple, classy and elegant. Do you agree?

Dr Avneet has been my client since my home baking days and I’ve done multiple cakes for her, year after year for all the years we have baked. Since she lives in delhi and it’s always been delivery , we have never met each other. But through the orders she placed we have become close to each other and she’s and will always be my most special client! But this took me totally by surprise. She ordered these two cakes through my team to be home delivered to me as a surprise, for my birthday! How sweet is that !!!! Do people like u still exist 🥹🥹🥹😍😍❤️💕💕.

Beautiful Octanauts theme cake. Everything on this cake is hand made and edible. The flavour inside was Belgian chocolate ganache with nutella 🤤. This was a 8 kg cake and was delivered by us to Tooney tales on golf course road. Thanks Ekta for this amazing order and for your continued loyalty and support over the years. To new beginnings …. The start of a wonderful journey together.

The cake inside was a Belgian chocolate with orange and finished with cream and decorated with edible fondant flowers. Everything on the cake is edible.

Blueberry cupcakes recipe post ❤️😍

Today wanted to bake blueberry cupcakes for her son and wanted it to be easy and yummy and healthy. Here’s the recipe I shared with her and just look at the pictures she shared of the cupcakes she baked ! They look really delicious and juicy and loaded with blueberries ❤️🥰😍😍😍.

I’ve also uploaded pics of us on video call checking how they’re rising and browning so beautifully. Warm friendships on a cold winter day, with some hot milk and crumbly cupcakes …. Life is beautiful 🧿😍❤️🥰🥰

Time required

Prep - 10 Mts
Baking - 30 Mts

Ingredients
1.5 cups ( 135 g) all purpose flour
Powdered sugar - 75g
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
5 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
1 cup ( 120ml) milk
5 tablespoons blueberries

Method - preheat oven to 160c fan assisted . Sieve the dry ingredients together and keep aside. Take a small amount of the dry ingredients and coat the blueberries in them. This is to avoid them sinking to the bottom.
Now pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix them all together. Scoop into cupcake liners, till 3/4 th full. Bake in the middle tray at 160c for 30 minutes. The batter will appear a bit liquidy, but don’t worry. They will bake well and be extra moist.

Enjoy with a cup of warm milk. Don’t forget to tag if you do make these at home 😍❤️🥰🥰
