This cake is inspired by that quiet transformation. The rugged textures, aged botanicals, and handcrafted weathered sunflowers celebrate the beauty that comes with time, resilience, and imperfection.

Nature reminds us that not every masterpiece is found in full bloom.
Some are revealed only after the seasons have passed.

I am incredibly honoured and humbled to be nominated for the Global Sugar Hero of the Year Award at the 2026 Australasian Cake Oscar Awards (ACADA).

To see my name alongside some of the world's most inspiring sugar artists is something I never imagined. Every cake, every late night, every challenge, and every lesson has led to this moment.
