Healthy Cucumber Sandwich
Tahini
1. Roast ¾ cup of sesame seeds until fragrant.
2. Grind the sesame seeds into a smooth paste.
3. Mix in 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil.
4. Add salt to taste.

Yoghurt Dip
1. Mix 1 cup of hung yoghurt with 2 tablespoons of fresh coriander.
2. Add 1 finely chopped green chilli and 2 finely chopped garlic cloves.
3. Sprinkle ¼ teaspoon of black pepper powder and salt to taste.

Cucumber Seasoning
1. Slice 1 cucumber into thin rounds.
2. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil over the cucumber slices.
3. Sprinkle ¼ teaspoon of black pepper powder and salt to taste.
4. Squeeze 1 teaspoon of lemon juice over the cucumber.

Assembly
1. Spread a layer of tahini on each bread slice.
2. Top with a layer of yoghurt dip.
3. Add sliced cucumber and onion.
4. Serve immediately.

This recipe combines the creaminess of tahini and yoghurt with the crunch of cucumber and onion, making for a delicious and healthy sandwich.
