So this cake was made for a girl who was turning 16 but didn't want anything flashy :P ...her instructions to me & her mom were to keep it simple..while we wanted to add so many things..every design,every discussion.."keep it simple" none of the usual flashy colors or designs that normally go for sweet 16 party..So here's what she wanted.

After almost 2 months of constant pain, dizzy spells & being confined to bed more or less;felt good to bake for Kabir's papa's birthday :) And everyone loved it. The theme is based on one of the things that both the father & son enjoy during summer..swimming!!! Incorporated Kabir's cap & his tube that he takes to the pool.
