Kraves My Journey is probably like every other home baker.. it started off with making a dessert once in a while..and the first of all was my Cheesecake!

it was probably the best thing I had ever learned to make back then, new and yummy! Never had I imagined that I would want to make it my reason for being! With a Master's Degree in Management and PublicRelations, here comes a home baker with a heart doused in sugar and loves all things pretty!! I hope you enjoy what I bake as much as I do!!! You can have a recipe and yet not know what to do with it. This Bake-off has been an eye opener in so many ways. I have had to unlearn so much in order to understand how and why certain methods and ingredients work together. We didn't just learn about the history of fruit cakes (turns out there's more than one authentic version) , we learned about the different fruits, liqueurs, liquors, spices and nuts that can be added.
Thankful to Cheryl, for sharing her knowledge with the group. It is no easy feat to virtually hand-hold 250 odd people and yet she did it effortlessly. And to the fellow bakers who jumped at every opportunity to help each other figure out ways in which we can adapt to our environment and make the best of this learning experience.

This year we weren't able to do any Christmas hampers to make your Christmas special. But we definitely couldn't go without making our oozy boozy Christmas cake!!

So here it is, our extra boozy yummy Christmas cake covered in marzipan and fondant. (Available in 1kg size only)
