This whole wheat flour based cake has Dates as sweetener. So this one is on our menu for people who don't want to eat a cake made of maida n refined sugar. N who said that these no frill cakes can't be use as celebration cakes?...I tell you these are the best. ♥️♥️

I love tea cakes as much as I love chocolate truffle cakes.♥️♥️
A freshly baked orange cranberry cake went out today for our regular customer, just to enjoy with routine evening tea (no occasion).
N this made me feel satisfied n happy 😊😊

So it was my Birthday, and one more time i made myself proud(which is really really important). I baked myself this 🍊Orange mixed berry Bundt Cake.
A Bundt cake holds its own beauty, a no nonsense, rustic n rich to its own flavour.
Everyone should try these.
Thank you .in for bringing this bundt pan, absolutely beautiful, strong n easy to use. My cake just baked to perfection n rolled our of the pan just like a water droplet would roll down.

Preparing Plum Cake is a work of labour, n we did this with all the love n care. Choosing all the right ingredients, cleaning the berries, chopping them along with nuts to tiny pieces. Our Plum cakes are made of lots of nuts, berries and packed with warm rich flavours.
This season we did 7kg n got some fantastic feedbacks. Hope to do more in the next season.
