Every generation inherits something from the one before it. Long before home bakeries became a part of our lives, neighbourhood bakers were waking before sunrise, kneading dough by hand, tending wood fired ovens, and earning the trust of their communities one loaf at a time.

They didn't have stand mixers, imported chocolate, social media or beautifully designed packaging. Yet people returned to them because consistency mattered more than convenience, and craftsmanship mattered more than scale.

Eighty years later, technology has changed the way we bake, but those values haven't.

As a new generation home bakery, that's the legacy we hope to carry forward...not simply by baking beautiful desserts, but by building trust, honouring quality, and creating something worth coming back for.

On India's 80th Independence Day, we celebrate the freedom to dream, to build, and to continue traditions while shaping new ones.
