Some orders will always remain close to our hearts. Amidst busy days and long hours, posting on social media especially if one is an introvert, becomes a challenge.

However, couldn't resist sharing this one with the world. Honoured to have made a cake for the Indian Army, more espcially the Gorkha regiment. The stately 15 pound cake marked the 84th Raising Day of one of most prestigious regiments of Indian Army, the 8 Gorkha Rifles.

Complete with life size, but completely edible military shoes, trunk, belt and hat, this cake took more than 24 hours of collective effort to construct.

Couldn't be more proud of the journey Hestia has charted in the last several years!!!!
