A soulful fusion of sacred Panchamrita and the indulgence of cake.
Panchamrita is a mixture of 5 sacred ingredients that symbolizes the surrender of one's ego before the Almighty. When the five sacred ingredients of Panchamrita are incorporated in a cake the result is pure bliss.
I always wanted to make a cake that would be appropriate for the festive season and its devotional vibes. After a lot of trial and error I think that I have been able to nail the perfect recipe . This cake, made with milk, curd, butter/ghee, honey , sugar, mawa, aromatic spices and dry fruits is the perfect cake for religious festivals. Rich, aromatic and carefully crafted they are sure to make divine offerings truly special.

Very rarely I come across demands for a rustic cake and I felt really good when a dear client of mine came up with this request.
The cake is an orange cake made with orange extract and zest and it's lightly covered with couverture chocolate ganache. I was told to keep the cake rustic and simple and as a baker I feel that these cakes bring out the warmth of home baking and the elegance of understated design.
I was extremely happy to receive such positive feedback for my cake.
