The almighty decadent of the decadent chocolate cakes. My only request was "Joshi something hmmm, something chocolate, so chocolate that its smaching" and I said "say no more" I got this!

A fudgy chocolate cake and dark chocolate buttercream frosting! Its so much chocolate that you surely to lose your mind over it!

And oh if you think it came our perfect! Puff! The choas was something else! And I call myself a baker! 🙆🏻‍♀️ but nevertheless its a beauty and definitely hits the goal.

The place where I am at has rich Mexican heritage. One of their delicacy is Flan. All I did was combine the ever gleaming tropical ingredient Orange with a nutmeg and Madagascar vanilla Bean paste! When you infuse the zest of orange and nutmeg into the custard its aroma is like perfect tango! One side you get this floral citrus and on the other side as if a side kick the hint of woody spice. End of the day its a delicate dessert enjoyed by all.

“Goodbye, Dharwad”

After years of calling Dharwad my home, it’s time to say goodbye.
Our house—the one filled with memories, quiet corners, and the scent of freshly baked cakes—is now sold. We’ll be moving by the end of August.

It’s bittersweet, of course. This town gave me space to heal, to grow, and to find my rhythm. But now it’s time to carry that spirit forward.

Before I leave, I’d love to bake one last time—for you, for me, for the stories we shared here.
