I eat out a lot — and yes, most places have excellent food. But every once in a while, a place comes along that completely redefines the experience. .delhi was exactly that. From the moment I walked in, the vibe, the decor, the energy — everything felt effortlessly elevated. The liquor program? Absolutely top shelf — every pour as refined and intentional as the food. And the food itself… easily one of the most memorable meals I’ve had in Delhi. Each dish showed a rare respect for ingredients — where purity, precision, and balance take center stage. My must-orders: the Tiger Prawn with lemon butter sauce, Miso Black Cod with pickle daikon and saiko miso, Spicy Chicken Chilli Oil with sesame and Hong Kong chilli, and the Chilean Sea Bass with black rice, coconut foam, and bonito flakes. Only the best for my family — and this was the perfect way to celebrate a massive milestone: my in-laws’ 50th wedding anniversary. Aditya and his team have truly created something world-class, an experience that easily stands alongside any best places in the world.
