Even though this flavor isn’t on the menu it’s custom made as per my clients request !

She wanted a banoffee pie but in form of a cake and since it was her husband’s birthday she wanted me to make it look a lil fancy too and hence added the palm leaf on top :)

Someone who doesn’t like chocolate cake would simply fall in love with this one !

Layers of vanilla cake , Dulce de leche , bananas , biscuit crumble and whipped cream is all that make this cake a sumptuous delight !

I somehow love and prefer puddings any day over frosted cakes ! For me it’s either a moist warm tea cake or it’s chilled custard-ey pudding!

It’s one of the first things I learnt to make and I m still in love with them !

As a kid my neighbor auntie used to make them and send and I always wondered if I could ever create similar stuff !

Eventually I learnt it by hit and trial and finally have created a recipe with the right amount of sweetness , fluffiness and yummmnessss

I know this boy since he was 22 months old and I have been baking for his birthday since then !

Earlier years his mom would pick up his fav character from the tv shows but since 3-4 years he knows exactly how he wants his cake and WhatsApps me 😀I love such kids 😍

He has been playing football crazily and wanted it to be on his cake , he chose it from Pinterest and here I did it !
