POV: Your kitchen smells like a bakery. 🍪🤎

Soft, chewy, chocolate-loaded, and 100% eggless—these cookies are dangerously addictive! ✨
And yes, my Curra Hand Mixer made the creaming part an absolute breeze. 💛

🍪 Eggless Choco Chip Cookies

Ingredients
• 100 g softened butter
• 50 g caster sugar
• 75 g brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1–2 tbsp milk
• 180 g maida
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 100 g chocolate chips (+ extra for topping)

Method

1. Cream butter + both sugars until light and fluffy.
2. Mix in vanilla and milk.
3. Fold in maida and baking powder.
4. Add chocolate chips.
5. Scoop, roll, and top with extra chocolate chips.
6. Bake at 160°C for 12–15 minutes.
7. Cool for 10 minutes… if you can wait. 😉
