Kahlua Mousse Cake!!

Chocolate Mud cake topped with Kahlua Mousse and 64% dark chocolate ganache!! Its such a shame I can't show you how the inside looks (client cake!) and more importantly tastes - somebody please develop an insta feature for virtual cake tasting too!

PS No matter how many pretty decorations you see, a cake always looks best with fresh fruits and herbs - do you agree?
