Beginners Basic Whipped Cream Cake Class

2. Knowledge about whipping cream/brands to use/ how to store
3. How to whipp cream to stiff peaks
4. Hands on experience on 3 actual cakes(no dummies)
1- 1kg cake
2- half kg cakes

5. Will guide how to increase and decrease weight of cake and make appropriate weight cake needed for orders
6. 3 fillings ll b taught

7. Will discuss on various other filling options
8. 3 different designs will be taught on 3 cakes
9. U get to carry whatever u make with you to your home
